3.3 ph39 does not knowingly permit access to underage individuals. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending KYC verification. If underage access is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on ph39. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances, including winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number registered in your name. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. ph39 is required by its regulatory obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit satisfactory KYC documentation when requested. Accepted documents include: Philippine System Identification Card (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), valid Philippine passport, and other government-issued photo IDs as specified by ph39 from time to time.
4.4 One Account Per Household. In certain circumstances, ph39 may treat multiple accounts operated from the same household, IP address, or shared payment method as a single account and may apply restrictions accordingly, particularly with respect to bonus eligibility.
4.5 ph39 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without obligation to do so.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph39 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
5.2 You agree to notify ph39 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your account security. ph39 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 ph39 employees and representatives will never ask you for your full password. If you receive a communication purporting to be from ph39 that requests your password, you should report it to ph39 support immediately as a suspected phishing attempt.
5.4 ph39 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts as an additional security measure. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your ph39 account settings.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph39 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven (via Cliqq). Available methods are subject to change; the current list is published on the ph39 payments page.
6.2 Currency. All transactions on ph39 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ph39 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
6.3 Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the ph39 deposits page. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph39 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ph39 may request documentation relating to the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.
ph39 will only process withdrawals to a payment account that belongs to the registered Account holder and has been verified during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.1 ph39 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts, which will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph39 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reverse any bonus or promotional credits — and to void any winnings derived therefrom — in cases where ph39 has reasonable cause to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk; opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; or misrepresenting eligibility.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of the ph39 platform.
7.5 ph39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph39 determines such action is reasonably necessary.
8.1 Each game offered on ph39 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, ph39 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wager to the Player's Account. ph39's decision in such matters is final.
8.3 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on ph39 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for software-based games, and by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, wheels) for live dealer games streamed from certified studios. ph39 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.4 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Player must raise the dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. ph39's transaction records and game logs shall be the definitive reference for dispute resolution.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph39 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from ph39 without prior written consent.
10.3 The ph39 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph39. Unauthorized use of any ph39 trademark is strictly prohibited.
The following limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
11.1 ph39 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph39 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 ph39 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — arising from your use of or inability to use the ph39 platform, even if ph39 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 ph39 is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions to third-party payment services outside ph39's reasonable control.
11.4 ph39's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph39 Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 ph39 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. ph39 provides registered Players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from ph39 may do so by contacting ph39 customer support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and ph39 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from circumventing the exclusion.

13.1 ph39 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
13.2 Upon Account closure, ph39 will return any undisputed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method, subject to ph39's completion of any pending compliance reviews.
13.3 You may close your ph39 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
14.1 ph39 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph39 will provide notice to registered Players by email, push notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the ph39 platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect — except where shorter notice is required due to legal or regulatory obligations.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the header of this document. Your continued use of ph39 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using ph39 and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute between you and ph39 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph39 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or breach of its confidentiality obligations.
